What this table really means is if cost and time are both factors, you should consider rapid orthodontics.
If money is no object and you don’t care how long it takes, and you are very picky about little details, and you have healthy teeth then maybe traditional orthodontics should be considered. If your bones are all out of place and you need surgery, then you will certainly have to consider traditional orthodontics.
If you have healthy teeth, and just need a little realignment, then a re-aligner type of appliance may be all you need.
Lastly, if your teeth are not only crooked, but the enamel is ugly as hell (brown, rotten...) then you will be a candidate for the Royal veneer treatment. You may need veneers, crowns and all kinds of things to even have a chance at looking normal.
